The best way we can combat free radical damage in our bodies is by eating antioxidant foods.

The more the better! You can never have “too many”.

Ideally, a natural and healthy diet could be comprised of only antioxidant rich whole foods. That is because many fruits and vegetables, berries, sprouts, nuts and seeds, are naturally high in antioxidants.
