Imagine my delight on finding a pack of blueberries coated with dark chocolate in my local store. What a wonderful combination and so full of antioxidants. Now I can have a guiltfree treat whenever I like. They are really tiny, and you only need a few, so a great indulgence.
My other favourite anti-oxidant rich foods are dried cranberries (great for the urinary tract), strawberries and raspberries.
A little bit of what you fancy, and lots of fresh fruit and veg is my recipe for health. And I do believe that its important to get your nutrients from real food and not pills wherever possible.
So keep popping the darky chocy blueberries!
